Hi, I’m Peter
I help men that feel stuck in life get unstuck. Many of my clients want their relationship with their significant other or friends to be more real and enjoyable, but the problem is they can’t figure out how to unpack and communicate their emotions. They end up feeling alone in life and disconnected from themselves.
To make matters worse, I believe that the typical therapy model has been failing men. Most therapists don't understand the male experience and the traumas or experiences we endure. Without being given the training or opportunities to feel and express our emotions, we learn how to just “grin and bear it” through life. The result is we feel lonely in our own homes, marriages, and lives.
